The body of the missing Isipingo mother was found buried under rubble near a church on Thi Road.
She and her two daughters were swept away during the Durban storm.
According to police, the 46-year-old mother was identified to be the missing mother of the two sisters, an 18-month-old and three-year-old.
The sisters were also found near the Isipingo canal on Prospecton Road on Thursday.
They had drowned in a flash flood during the freak storm on Tuesday.
Communications officer of Isipingo SAPS, Cpt David Ragavan, said that the woman was identified by her husband and police will be searching for more missing persons.
She brings the number of bodies found in Isipingo alone to seven.
eThekwini mayor, Zandile Gumede, visited the area to assess the damage. She will be visiting the family of the deceased.
